Hi, I’m Tess – a wellness educator, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be exhausted, bloated, inflamed, and told “everything looks normal.”
Before I ever helped anyone else, I was trying to heal myself.
I struggled with gut issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, food sensitivities — and the overwhelming frustration of trying everything without lasting relief. I tried the protocols, the elimination diets, the supplement stacks, and all the expert advice. Some helped. Most didn’t. And a lot of it made me feel worse.
So I stopped chasing trends and started digging into what actually works — for real people with real lives. I spent years researching gut health, inflammation, female hormones, and the microbiome. I tested, refined, simplified, and started helping friends and clients who felt like I had: confused, burned out, and out of options.
That turned into Feel Good Formulas — a wellness brand built for people who want natural, effective solutions that actually support the body, not fight it.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men improve their digestion, rebalance their energy, and finally feel good again — with products, tools, and education that are grounded in science, not hype.
