Product & Ingredients

Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All Feel Good Formulas supplements are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use synthetic fillers, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Are your supplements vegan?
Yes. All of our formulas are 100% plant-based, vegan, and non-GMO.

Do you use any artificial additives or fillers?
Nope. Our formulas are free from artificial sweeteners, synthetic binders, and unnecessary fillers. Just the good stuff.

Where are your supplements made?
Our products are manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility using high-quality, globally sourced ingredients.

Can I take more than one supplement at a time?
Yes, all FGF supplements are designed to work together. Many customers take 2–3 daily depending on their needs.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you get your favorite formulas automatically delivered every month and save 20% on every order.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel or adjust your subscription anytime by emailing support@feelgoodformulas.co. Changes will apply to the next month’s renewal.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Nope. Subscribe for as long (or short) as you like. Cancel anytime.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. U.S. orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but currently only to Australia, Canada, and the UK.

Can I choose overnight or courier delivery?
At this time, we do not support custom shipping options or overnight delivery requests.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Orders valued over $250 require a signature on delivery.

Returns & Issues

Can I return a supplement?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on supplements once they have been unsealed. If your order is unopened and there’s an issue, contact us for help and we’ll see what we can do.

What if my product is damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If there’s any damage or defect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Since digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied easily, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

What if I accidentally entered the wrong address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it, but you’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs. Please double-check your info at checkout!
